Free Mental Health First Aid Training in Conway, AR
Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is offering free Mental Health First Aid classes in May as part of Mental Health Awareness Month. These in‑person classes help Arkansans recognize signs of mental health challenges, offer early support, and connect others to professional care. No medical background required.
Participants who complete the class receive a three‑year Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Open to all Arkansas residents – you do not need to be an Arkansas Blue Cross member.

• May 21 – Batesville | Independence County Library
• May 27 – Monticello | Southeast Arkansas Regional Library
