Krav Fit – Self Defense Class

Your safety is worth fighting for! Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield will be hosting a self-defense class for the Central Arkansas community.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is requested.

Arkansas Self Defense, powered by Krav Fit, will be demonstrating reality-based self-defense designed to be used by anyone, anywhere.
