Second Saturday Fitness Series

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield cares about you! We are offering a FREE fitness class on the 2nd Saturday of each month through 2023. These classes will be held at the Rogers ArkansasBlue store. The instructor is Crystal Stratis, owner of Garage Rats. More event information can be found here.
You do not need to be an Arkansas Blue Cross member to participate. Classes are free, but registration is requested. You can register at this link.
