Self-Defense Class

Situational awareness is essential for survival. Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield will be hosting a self-defense class for the Fayetteville community. This class is FREE
to the public, but registration is requested. Arkansas Blue Cross members and nonmembers are welcome. Fayetteville Krav Maga will be demonstrating maneuvers to help you defend yourself if you find yourself in a dangerous situation. Participants can expect to learn the basics of striking, kicking and defending.
