Members who have a serious dental emergency and can’t contact their dentist can get care 24/7 from a licensed dentist anywhere in the U.S. — at no extra cost! This service is available to all Arkansas Blue Cross dental plan members, including Medicare Advantage members whose plan includes dental coverage.
Teledentistry is a convenient option when you:
- Need dental care after hours
- Must consult a dentist without leaving home or while traveling
Whether you’re close to home or anywhere in the U.S., you’ll be connected to a dentist — via videoconference using a phone, tablet or computer — who’ll help resolve the problem and write prescriptions if necessary. The dentist can refer you to a participating dentist near you or your regular dentist for further care as needed.
