Medicare Advantage Member? Watch For Your Care Package

We know these are strange times, and you may have many questions and concerns about COVID-19. Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is here to help you access the care, resources, and support you need during this challenging time.

Your health is our top priority. That is why we have taken a number of steps to directly support our members, providers, and communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you are one of our Medicare Advantage members, you may have already or will soon receive a complimentary care package in the mail. This care package is meant to help protect you against the spread of COVID-19 and to support your general health and safety.

If you’re an Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medicare Advantage member, you will also continue to have cost-sharing waived for COVID-19 testing-related visits, testing and treatment, as well as telehealth coverage for COVID-19-related services through December 31.

We’ve included several items branded with our new Arkansas Blue Medicare logo in your care package. Arkansas Blue Medicare is the same company that has served Arkansans for more than 70 years, and we’ll continue to work hard to ensure you get the most value out of your Medicare Advantage plan in the years ahead.
