Dozens of civic and business leaders gathered recently to celebrate the opening of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s newest ArkansasBlue welcome center in Fayetteville – offering residents in Northwest Arkansas health solutions close to home.
Located at 3013 N. College in Fiesta Square shopping center, residents can receive in-person assistance shopping for insurance, friendly customer service or pay their bill all in one spot. Meeting spaces are also available for community use at no cost.
Arkansas Blue Cross has served Arkansas for more than 70 years and has had a presence in Northwest Arkansas for more than 50 years.
“Finding solutions to make quality healthcare more easily accessible and health insurance more affordable for you and your families – close to home – are commitments we take seriously,” said Arkansas Blue Cross Northwest Vice President Martine Pollard. “We want people to feel comfortable with the decision they make. We believe that having a health insurance expert close to home can help provide real peace of mind to Arkansans who need health coverage.”
Arkansas Blue Cross operates eight welcome centers across Arkansas. They are unique retail spaces where members and shoppers can receive personalized service and look for individual health, dental, vision and other individual insurance products with the help of an insurance expert who can explain affordable options and help people determine if they qualify for assistance.
